    Default Recurring_auto (unable to stop)

    Hello,

Each product on our ML 8 is set for a monthly recurrence, transaction type Type=RECURRING_AUTO State=CAPTURED, gateway Authorize.net.

There are a few options for canceling transactions, i.e. Create ad-hoc charge/refund, stop future billing and refund, void, force void, refund and force refund.

I tried ad-hoc refund and stop future billing and refund a few times, and found that the system re-runs the transaction at the recurring interval each month regardless.

Is there an appconfig parameter to set to make sure that the stop future billing and refund option goes through properly, or is there a suggestion for canceling recurring_auto transactions?

    Best regards,

    Smile The solution

Go to Admin > Customers > View/Edit Customers > [find account] > select "View" from Order History column > on the top section of the page you'll see "Stop Future Billing" button and a list of recurring orders, select product and click "Stop Future Billing."

When stopping future billing the product will disappear form the list, and you may also check cancellation by checking on your payment gateway account.

    Thank you, Erik!
