    Default MaxMind Question

    One of the most important factors in the MaxMind score is the distance between the geographical location of the IP address of the computer placing the order and the billing address of the card. If this distance is more than a certain amount, the transaction might decline.

    Websites with a call center that takes orders will have a problem here, because the order is being placed by the Rep in the call center and the geographical location of the the IP adress will not be the same as the billing address.

    Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

    We are actually making a mod in future builds to allow this so the "call center" IP doesn't taint MaxMind...
