I can't figure out where to put in the Coupon Code... I see an icon called App_Themes\Skin_1\images\shoppingcartcoupon.gif

But that icon says "Gift Card".... then below that on the cart page is a "Special Offer" code.

So why is a Coupon called a Gift Card, and then there is a special offer box below that.
