    Default Gift Cards in Version 9.2.0.0

    I am trying to setup Gift Cards on a customers site who is running on version 9.2

    I have created a Gift Card Certificate product and I am able to buy this successfully.

    When I got to the giftcards.aspx admin page I can see the new gift card in the list. It has not been assigned a Serial Number automatically and when I click the edit button for the row nothing happens.

    Do I need to do something else so this card is automatically assigned a serial number?

    I contacted support separately regarding this issue...

    The reason this wasn't working is our payment gateway only authorises orders by default, it doesn't capture them.

    I have manually set the order in question to captured and a Gift Code Serial Number has been generated.
