Default Difference between Mobile Commerce Plugin and inbuilt mobile features.

I am not clear if the mobile commerce plugin is free with multistore or in-build mobile features which are free are different. If the in-build features are different then,
What exactly is the difference between the mobile commerce plugin and the in-build mobile features of aspdotnetstorefrontend multistore.

What are the advantages of using the plugin over the inbuilt features.

Starting in version 9.3, the mobile plug-in is built-in, free, and can be turned on with an AppConfig.

In previous versions, the free, built-in mobile is not full-featured - a shopper can not complete a transaction via the mobile skin but can browse products and read content.

The Mobile Cart Plug-in, which we sell for $25 per month, is available for those who are on versions prior to 9.3 and want to take advantage of the full mobile-shopping features that are now built-in to 9.3.
