    Default "No shipping required" orders

    We have a product where customer can enter their own price and they have no shipping required. We use this mainly for extra charges.

    Since we cannot close the order by marking it as shipped, how can we flag them as "not new" and remove them from the admin dashboard?

    Orders can be changed to "not new" by clicking on the order number in the dashboard and then on the next screen there will be 2 "New" images quite close to each other. Click the right-hand one and if funds have been captured already it will remove the IsNew status. If funds haven't been captured then it will ask if you wish to proceed.

    Using MS 9.2.0.0 with the following customisations:

    Lightbox/Fancybox enlarged images;
    Auto-suggest searchbox;
    Extra product information shown only to our IP Address (such as supplier info, costs, etc.);
    Failed transactions emailed via trigger;
    Custom app to show basket contents when customer online;
    Orders pushed through to accounting systems.

    All the above without source!
