    Default DotFeed Brands

    Hello,

I am having some difficulty understanding google feed (also another feeds as well).

If I look at the definition of the feed on google site:
    http://support.google.com/merchants/...r=188494#other

They require Brand information. I cant see anywhere in the storefront a place that holds brand information. Am I missing something?

Reason I ask, we did not buy feed yet, we will shortly, however I am doing large data migration and before I finalize the process, I need to make sure that I did not miss any information.

Is manufacturer and brand information treated the same?

Yes, manufacturer and brand are the same thing. However, the nice thing about DotFeed is you can map any field to brand.
