I have a customer who is trying to check out, and isn't getting past the shipping selection. There is only one type of shipping available on our site, which is USPS and we use fixed rates.
I checked Google analytics just as she was failing in checkout, and the URL that returned to them was this:
"/checkoutshipping.aspx?errormsg=10"
What does that mean? I suspect they are trying to advance without selecting the only shipping method available to them on the screen. Can someone confirm this, please?
