How to create a new EventHandler for adding functionality similar to Add To Cart
I want to add Event Handler similar to AddToCart but with some modifications. I need to create AddToCart as it is. Can anyone please guide me where to write code for the handler. I have made the handler in the admin section but dont gather where to write the code for the event.
