    Angry USPS not showing up in chackout

    The UPS choices show on checkout but are not in Shipping Methods screen.
    I also tried to add USPS and cannot get it to show on checkout. Everything looks filled out properly.
    I started this 9.3 store in 9.0 and there was trouble with the Appconfigs which are now solved but updating this maybe part of that whole problem.
    Any ideas?

    Default Why USPS is not showing - solved

    The manual only mentions RTShipping.DomesticCarriers and RTShipping.InternationalCarriers in passing.
    These need to have UPS, USPS in these Appconfigs.
