    Hi, I'm getting the following error message when trying to upload images for a new product, thanks!

    Server Error in '/shop' Application.

    You do not have proper permissions set. You must ensure that the ASPNET and NETWORK SERVICE users have write/modify permissions on the images directory and it's sub-directories.

    Default contact your host

    you will need to have the host allow you to have access to that directory so you can upload the images there. In case you were not aware we also offer excellent aspdotnetstorefront hosting services too.
