    Exclamation Failed transaction order detailes

    We are using the fraud detection suite on authorize.net and when an order is held for review such as billing/shipping address not matching or AVS error, the shopping cart treats it as a failed transaction. Is there a way to look up the failed transactions with shopping cart details or better would be that when we review the transaction and approve it for processing then the order would go through as a normal order and generate an order receipt that would be emailed to the customer.

    That's going to take some customization to accomplish, we don't currently support Auth.net's AVS suite (though I think we will in the future). You would have to either manually recreate those orders that failed after you approved them by digging out the order details from the Orders & Orders_*** tables or turn off AVS. You could look into using one of the other built-in anti-fraud services we support, like MaxMind.
