    Default Authorize.net error

After setting up Auth.net to live orders, I followed the steps at:

    http://manual.aspdotnetstorefront.co...t-gateway.aspx

but when trying an order, I get this error:

The Global Payment System identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider.

I am using Smart One Page Checkout on AspDotNetStorefront ML 8.0.1.4/8.0.1.4

I will contact Auth.net but wanted to know if this is a known issue.

    Thanks!

Not a known issue in the software, no. Based on Auth.net's list of error codes says that means, I'd say contacting them is your best bet.

It was something that Auth.net did not configure correctly. It's working now but we got a new issue:

We cannot refund from the ASPDNSF admin as we used to be able to do with Paypal Payments Pro. Any ideas why?

It looks like it takes 24 hrs to settle, only then can the order be refunded from ASPDNSF.
