    Exclamation Reset password not working for customers?

    We are having a issue when trying to reset the password for a customer. I've tried both ways (manually generated password and automatically generated password) but nethier seems to work when the user tries to login and change their passwrd it just keeps them on the password change screen and states "You need to change your password"

    We are running version ML 9.0.1.3/9.0.1.2 any help is appreciated.

    Did you ever resolve this issue. I'm using the same version. I have to "touch" the web.config and things work fine then.
