Hi,
On our product page, we would like to add another tab for 'product FAQs'.
here the customer can ask a question and when we answer the reply gets posted.
That way we are building an FAQ section dynamically. And anytime, we answer a quesiton, customer should get notified via email that answer is posted.
The advantage here is twofold
1)customer engagement and good customer service
2)SEO - by building product specific FAQs we are building good content which is great in the eyes of Google.

Anyone done this ? Or have an plug in solutions they'd like to recommend?
