Thread: Automatic recurring discount for registered customer

Hello,

Is there a way to have a percentage discount be automatically applied to any order for a registered customer? We have recurring customers and it would be easier if we could have a discount apply automatically for them, no matter what product they order, but they don't have to enter a coupon code.

Go to Customers -> Manage Customer Levels

Edit the appropriate customer level and either apply a percent discount or an amount discount.

This will automagically give all customers in that customer level the discount that you specified.

If you want it to apply to ALL customers, assign it to your default customer level. Otherwise, you can assign different customers to different levels, and give each of them whatever discount you want.
