I've got a simple coupon code set up for $15 off your next order. I have set "*Discount Includes Free Shipping:" to NO.

When a user enters the coupon code then continues checkout, at the select shipping method screen all the shipping methods show a cost of $0.00...Removing the coupon from the cart makes the shipping costs appear accurately.

We haven't made any modifications to the shopping cart. Is this a known bug and is there a fix?
