    Default Free Shipping Coupon

    Is there a way to create a coupon that offers free shipping?

    I have tried creating one with the "Discount includes free shipping" set to yes but it is not working.

    I am using RT shipping rates as well as in store pickup so I am not sure if that is causing a problem.

    If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
