    Default Phone orders for Call To Order products

    We have some restricted products that are marked as "Call to order", therefore do not have an Add To Cart button.

    The issue is that our customer service cannot order them for the customer either via the phone order module in the admin.

    How can we solve this?

    I use the bulk order add on by Compunix and it will allow me to add "Call to Order" to the shopping cart. Do you know how to change the Call to Order prompt to include our phone number?

    That's what we did.

    No, I don't know how to show the phone number but we have it at the top of every page.
