Default Image Unavailable when uploading in Multi-IMage Manager

    Hello,

I am not able to get images I am trying to upload to load for the Multi-image manager. I get the faint message "Image Unavailable". I do not think it is a permission issue since I can upload images on the product pages without a problem. I am on Multistaore 9.2.0.0

Hello Micky, I assume you tried Resetting Cache or restarting the site? (making sure)

hmm, do you have a main image uploaded (in the images tab)? The cart requires the main image to be uploaded to "find" the alternate ones...

Hi Jan, Thanks for the continued research onthis. I reviewed the manual and found the part about making the first image the same as the product image. I have tried uploading this inthe first postion by itself and also with a group of shots. I even FTP'ed the other images to the product large image folder renamed as 80_1, 80_2.......

Even stranger, I looked at the thumbnails of the images in the product folder and below product 40 the first image is our product and there are a series of other images of a scooter in blue, red and green. The are marked 40_1, 40_2, 40_3. When I go to product 40 and click on the multi-image manager the blue scooter appears in image 1 and none of the other images are present. When I go to product 40 in the store I get our product image and no images below it but if I click on view larger image the blue scooter comes up.

    Pretty strange.
    Thanks, Micky

Micky one thing to keep in mind is to always upload the same number of alternate images per color too. I have seen it do funny things if there is a different number of alternate images uploaded per color.

So, if you have the main Image tab images uploaded and then same number of alternate images per color, it should be ok...

Is this visible on the web anywhere or just local?

    Hi Jan,

I am not using any colors, so the images I am trying to uplaod are all on the No Color line. Here is the link to the product 40 that has a different image on the click to enlarge option. In the back office product page Large, Medium and Icon are all the same image.

Hmm, Micky I would try checking with support as I do see the page level javascript loading up the array with /images/product/medium/40_1_.jpg which is your other alternate image so should be ok.

Unless the micros aren't created perhaps?
