If I view my homepage for example and then navigate to a product page and then add an item to my shopping cart the !NUM_CART_ITEMS! will update to (1). When I click back on the homepage it pulls up a cached version and the !NUM_CART_ITEMS! is (0) until I refresh the page. Chrome and Firefox seem to work it fine. I set the pages to expire in immediately in IIS, but nothing seems to have an effect in IE.
