We just launched our re-designed website using ASPDOTSTOREFRONT platform. The customization of the site was not done correctly causing customers being able to order an item that's out of stock or vice versa, can't order something that is in stock. Since the launch date of two weeks ago, we've also had customer called in and complained that their order didn't go thru due to some error messages, but, we see their orders in the backend. We've seen also other errors and bugs.

I think we need an experienced professional to take a helicopter view of the forest and work to fix the problem starting from the major ones to small ones. However, the one company we works want us to issue tickets as problem occurs, some tickets may stem from the same issues. I am afraid this approach is very expensive and takes too long to get the site up to par.

We'd like to know your thought on this and also if you can recommend someone/some company who is reliable, dependable and experienced.
