    Default All our products have been dropped from google shopping

    Hi all,

    We have a major problem, last night google failed to fetch our feed and all our products have been dropped from google shopping, we have tried to get it fetch again but everytime we have the following error;

    Get file entry failed. (1 error)

    Failed to obtain the file information. Please make sure that it's available.
    Url http://dotfeed.aspdotnetstorefront.c...feed-id-here##

    When I click preview results in DotFeed it just gets stuck loading.
    If I click Validate Endpoint it says: DotFeed is properly configured

    I am desperate to sort this out any help greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Ian

    Ian,

    Is your feed still failing, or it works OK now?

    Would you not mind submitting a ticket to https://support.aspdotnetstorefront....=submit&step=1 so I can look further? Also, I'd need your dotfeed console cred in the ticket. Thanks

    I am having the same issue listed above. If I manually have Google fetch the feed it will load but each time it attempts to fetch the feed during a scheduled daily update it fails and gives the same error about Google not being able to obtain the file.

    Is there anymore information available on this issue?

    I cannot say without looking more closely what is going on. Would you mind submitting a support case with specific error so we can investigate, please?
