Question How to change product listing/display style?

    Hello,

Our AspDotNetStorefront Version is AspDotNetStorefront ML 8.0.1.4/8.0.1.4.
We found that products under category display using below xmlpackages:
    entity.grid.xml.config
    entity.gridwithprices.xml.config

Now we want to change the basic layout (HTML) of products listing page (showcategory.aspx).

Currently it shows 4 images in a row. We want to change this layout and css. We want to add a separator after each image and a view details image-link under main image.

Please let us know how we can accomplish this.

    Thanks.

    Default

Any change like that is going to be done in the XML packages used by your entities, not showcategory.aspx. You listed a couple of them, and there are plenty more. If none of them have the layout you want, you can edit them to create it. You'll need to be familiar with HTML, XML, XSLT, etc but those package aren't all that complicated.

    Default XML package changes involved

You can set it from admin/appconfig params, so that only one product shows up in each line.
And then you can edit appropriate XML package for additional layout/css changes
