I am using version ML 8.0.1.2/8.0.1.2.

I have edited the orderrefund.xml.config file to include a logo and some additonal text. However, I am trying to add the customer's name or billing name to the email, for example: Dear Shane,

It sounds simple, but I am just starting out with this storefront. The refund email is initiated from within the Admin control panel.
