Hi, I am not sure what I may have set up wrong but I have created a gift certificate product and when I order it no serial # appears on the receipt. Also, from what I could find on this I thought there was a way to create this certificate or gift cards on some other template than the receipt.

Please throw a few hints my way. Thanks
