    Default Nothing Works

    After hours of trying to resolve this and being unable to find any information we are less than happy.

    1. After watching the seminars numerous times on how simple this was we paid the $330.00 to sign up. After trying to install DotFeed we find out that it doesn't work as shown in the seminars or the instuctions. When we go to our licenses and click on the DotFeed license number we get.

    Thier is no domain listed. Their is no way to add a domain as shown in the instructions. So we have puchased a program that we can not make use of and the instuctions offer no help to resolve this.

    2. After numerous emails we puchased on 11/11 so we would get the added boost in "customer loyalty levels". As is shown in our account this was not done.

    Hopefully someone can resolve these issues.

    Im having the same problem, no way to set a domain for the license or access the console.

    Just out of curiosity how exactly have you entered the domain on the license page?

    This problem should be fixed now, please can you try again?

    Also, customer levels have been set.

    Thanks Tammy its all working now and I managed to get our feed working.
