    Default Archive or Delete Customer Data

    Hi All - I'm looking for a script to run against our ASPDNSF SQL db to clean up and reduce the customer data from all tables. We've been running ASPDNSF for roughly 5 years and would like to offload (separate table, xls download, etc) all customer data say for customers who have not placed an order or logged in since 2009.

    Has anyone done this or have advice?

    Many thanks.

    As far as I know, there is no column which records when a customer last logged in, therefore you could only do this based on last order. And then what happens if you have a customer who is browsing but hasn't ordered and you go and delete their record?

    Using MS 9.2.0.0 with the following customisations:

    Lightbox/Fancybox enlarged images;
    Auto-suggest searchbox;
    Extra product information shown only to our IP Address (such as supplier info, costs, etc.);
    Failed transactions emailed via trigger;
    Custom app to show basket contents when customer online;
    Orders pushed through to accounting systems.

    All the above without source!

    I'm assuming query can be where sign up date < 01/01/2010 and last order < 01/01/2010, then delete/archive would work.
