    Question edit order

    Hi

    We're having trouble getting the edit order feature to work. I've followed the manual by setting the appconfig OrderEditingEnabled to true. However the "Edit" button still isn't appearing.

    I've reset the cache in case the changes hadn't gone through, no luck.

    I've also checked the list of critera and I'm sure that the test orders we are creating don't contravene them.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Koosh, are your orders automatically charged into the Capture state or do you Capture the payments manually from the Authorize state? This link may help, it just resolved the same issue I was having because Captured orders cannot be edited:
