    Default Gift Certificates email confirmation

    We have a customer that sent 4 eCertificates to 4 different friends. The certificates show up in the system as valid - but I am unable to see who she sent them to.

    She wants me to confirm that they were sent. I did not get any bounce notification - so assume they were - but is there some place to confirm the emails went out and to what email address?

    Default Found the answer

    Thanks in advance for any help - but I was able to run a SQL script to get the email recipient information that I needed. The customer did find the eCertificates that she had sent to herself in her SPAM folder.

    I had the same question so I was wondering exactly how you ran an sql script to get the send emails. New territory for me. Thanks.

    Default Try this SQL Query

    --ECertificate Details

    Select CreatedOn,OrderNumber,PurchasedByCustomerID,Serial Number,EMailTo,EMailName,EMailMessage, InitialAmount,ExpirationDate
    From GiftCard
    Where OrderNumber =

    You can include an order number if you are looking for a particular order - or stop the query after GiftCard to get all.
