The Ship To and Bill To information on our bulk printed receipts are showing "Hidden By Amazon". Anyone know how can we get them to display full address?

Do you have your store's endpoint set in your Seller Central account? I'm afraid there was a step left out of the initial CBA docs in our manual so we never said to do that. If that wasn't done, the callbacks from Amazon to your site (to notify of addresses, mark orders shipped, etc) would have failed.
