    Exclamation Buy two get one free

    I have a need to set up a 'Buy two-get one free' discount, but I've hit a roadblock: the discount is only working if the customer purchases three of the same iteitems in a particular category.

    EX: The customer purchases three blue throw pillows. The discount I have set up now works here.

    EX: The customer purchases a red, white, and blue throw pillow. The discount does not work here, and the customer is charged full price for all three.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    There actually aren't any great ways to do 'Buy X Get Y' promotions in the app out of the box. Coupons get close, but as you're seeing there are some drawbacks to them.

    There are several addons that have been developed that allow that until we add something a bit more reliable to the application. This one is a good example.
