Thread: Can't edit existing product images

We are using ML 8.0.1.2 and all of a sudden we can't edit our product images. If we try to change or delete an image we get the following error message. We have corrected the "rights" issue but the problem persists.

try touching the web.config file to see if that resolves the issue

We tried, but still no luck.

Any other suggestions? We change out our inventory frequently, so not being able to edit products is a big problem for us.

Ok changing the permissions to allow full access for Network Service on the images folder should do it. Double check permissions on the licence file as well and failing that try restarting the site with IIS.

From memory when I was using V7 I had to restart this in order for the changes to work.
