    Default Gift Card Not Working

    I have a Gift Card product with the Product Type as Gift Card Email. I then go to the frontend of the website and place my Order. The issue i'm running into is that the Serial Number isn't created and the email doesn't get sent out to the person I want to send it out to. Is this a known issue? I'm using 8.0.1.4

    The serial number is created when the credit card is "Captured" so you either need to have your credit card auth set to "Capture" or actually click the capture button on the order for the serial number to be generated, and the email be sent to the recipient.
