Default Multiple Skins and Category Root

I have built a site which has one skin for the "Marketing" portion of our website and another for the "Cart" portion of the site. The only difference between these skins is that the "Cart" skin has the left side category navigation and the marketing pages do not.

I have gone into the first level categories of each of my categories and forced them to use the "Cart" skin and of course I set the TemplateSwitching appconfig to True.

    Now my question is this:

In my design I have a link for "Shop". I want to be able to click that link and navigate the user into the "Cart" skinned pages. When they click "Shop" I want them to see the left side navigation and in the content area of the page I want to be able to control content through a topic. I tried creating a topic called Shop, but how do I force the shop topic to use the "Cart" skin?

    Here are some links:

Home page with the "Marketing" Skin.

Category page with the "Cart" skin:

    Default Individual Page Templates

Have you tried the individual page templates technique?

As detailed at the bottom of this article: http://manual.aspdotnetstorefront.co...in-a-site.aspx
