    Default Minor Problem with Skin after Implementing

    Hello everyone. I am trying to skin a very basic html/css design. It was running on a word press site previously.

    My goal is to get this "look" into my development cart and then I will try to integrate some elements of the shopping cart into the skin. My effort is almost there, but I'm no CSS guy (im no web guy at all really). It seems that there is something broken between the CSS and the Div tags in the HTML. When I carved up the original file I must have missed something but I don't know what.

    Default Doctype

    Turns out I omitted the Doctype HTML tag in my skin. Caused it not to function properly in IE.
