We are calculating shipping by Total & Percentage. I just updated our shipping rates table and when testing the checkout ran into a problem. I haven't been able to replicate it on any computers except my own, but I have no idea why it's happening, or if it's happening to other people.

My order total is $120.00 and per the shipping rates table the shipping should be 10.47% for UPS Ground. When at the Shipping Options screen, listed next to UPS ground, is $12.56 (good!). After clicking "Select Shipping Option" the Payment Method screen appears and the wrong shipping total of $23.06 (bad!) is displayed at the bottom.

Any idea why this is happening and how do I fix the issue?
