    Default Shipping Dilemma

We are using 8.0.1.4 and we can't figure out how to set up the shipping for this situation.

    1. For Texas residents (where we are based) the flat rate is:

    $10.50 for residential shipping
    $9.50 for business shipping

    2. Outside of Texas the flat shipping rate is:

    $12.50 for residential deliveries
    $11.50 for business deliveries

How do we include the price difference calculated based on whether they are a residence or a business?

I would look in the cart object for the logic for calculating costs and make the modification there.
