    Default USPS Priority Mail Real-Time Rates Wrong for Brazil

    Has anyone else had the issue where the International Priority Mail rate to Brazil (from Seattle in our case) is $29.78 whereas via USPS' web site or Stamps.com a flat-rate box is at least $10 less. I cannot account for the extra cost. What would be the best way to find out why this is happening other than dumping the XML?

    Priority International and Priority International Flat Rate are different rates, the latter limited to the packaging available from USPS.
