    Default Mark orders as shipped

I have two old orders that show up as still outstanding. I had the product listed as a download product, but it really was not. We send out a certificate via email customized for the customer. The orders are complete, paid for and I would like to run a short SQL command to allow the system to think they are completed. I don't want to void them. Thanks for any help. ML 8.0.0.0

You just need to select the order from the list on the left-hand side. Then when it appears in the right-hand panel, click the <New> image at the top to the right of the order number. When you hover over it, it says "Clear IsNew Flag".
