Using the PayPal API each time an order is created it creates an account within ASPDNSF

The only issue I have is that a password is never stored as the IsRegistered field within the dbo.Customer is always set to 0 (i.e. they are not a registered customer). Is there anyway ASPDNSF can turn a PayPal customer into a registered customer and create a temporary password?

The number of customers that paid by PayPal who then email us asking why they cannot login is now in the hundreds!
