    Default Error when adding a new address

    I have a client you splits up her clients into different customer levels. When you try to add a new address, on the front end, I receive the following message.

    Address Verification Error: API Authorization failure. User 500THECU3435 is not authorized to use API Verify.

    It saves the new address but I still get that error. Any idea why? We are using 8.0.1.4

    Sounds like you have USPS address verification turned on and it's not liking the credentials you've entered.

    In our case, wehn we enter a new address there is a message saying: "This Information has not been included in this Test Server."

    We are using their test server URL: http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll

    What does this means? I hope there would be more details in the manual about this feature.
