First i apologize if i don't have this question in the correct place.
We have been in the development and testing phase for almost a year. We went live this week with the new site and ran into an issue we didn't expect.
#1 Several customers have called to let us know that they can't see products in certain categories, which are indeed there and published on the admin side. Now, this is random as its not always the same category. Also, the products do show on the site using my computer and several customers outside the company as i have them try to recreate the issue but with no luck. It's sporadic but a huge issue as we are not sure how deep this goes. We are unable to recreate the issue. Is there any ideas on the cause of this? It is a custom skin and all products are mapped to the correct xml file etc.
