    Default FedEx Web Service Instead of API

    We are using ML 9.0.1.3/9.0.1.2 and it looks like the system is using the FedEx API. How can we switch to the Web Service?

    If you have access to v 9.1, you can copy the changes into 9.0.1.3 from 9.1. They added a new file to handle fedex called FedEx.cs

    Does 9.1 differentiate between residential and commercial rates? We're on 8.0.1.4 and fedex web services is only returning commercial rates. The "is residential" flag seems to not be sent in the request the way it used to be in the API. This is a big problem.
