    Default remove all shipping methods/hide

    Hello,
    I have a customer who needs to have all shipping options removed completely. skipping the shipping portion altogether.
    How do I accomplish this?
    I already checked that no shipping options are listed under 'Manage Shipping Options' @ 'configuration/shipping/shipping methods'.
    But I think the shipping screen is still showing up... any ideas?

    You can set the 'SkipShippingOnCheckout' AppConfig to true.
