    Default ups REALTIME shipping implementation

    I want to implement UPS RTS. I have set everything on and tested, it seems to work.
    However, UPS is requiring me to go thru an elaborate "certification" process before they will allow Production Mode. Seems like they are treating me like a software developer, creating a new interface, rather than turning on an existing and tested capability.

    Can anyone advise on this process?? Way to avoid? Canned certification files?

    The answer to my issue was to use UPS RATING API versus UPS SHIPPING API.
