    Default Coupon issue in 8014 Upgrade

    It seems that the coupon setting for excluding sale items does not work correctly in 8014.

    Coupon to discount £1: TESTERC
    Coupon has box checked to exclude items on sale

    Discount still applies even if the product is on sale

    Help please ?
