    Exclamation Disclaimer before creating new account

    I have a public website so I disabled sitedisclaimer on the default page but I need to add a disclaimer right before the new customer account creation. I tried adding
    Code:
    <aspdnsf:XmlPackage id="Package1" runat="server" EnforceDisclaimer="true"/>
    in the createaccount.aspx file but ended each time in "Unable to process request" page fault.
    Any help would be appreciated.
