Default Sales Tax & Registered Users Miscalculation

    I'm currently using AspDotNetStorefront ML 9.0.1.3/9.0.1.3 SP1.

    Here's the problem:
When customers on my site arent logged in, sales tax for all products accurately calculates when getting an estimate on the checkout page. However, when logged in (whether an admin account or normal customer) the tax rate always comes back with $0. All registered users (thus far) have california billing/shipping addresses and should be taxed, but when there is no information for the software to figure out where the customer is located, tax is added. Any ideas on how to fix this?
