Thread: Implement Discussion forum in ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT

I want to integrate discussion forum in ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT. How it is possible. Is there any module that you provide or any open source module or we can create our module.

This all depends on how FAR you want the integration to go? Do you want the system to automaitcally create threads for each of the products / categories you sell? Do you want to integrate reviews and discussions from the forum? Or do you simply want a shared login, where by if a customer is logged into the storefront they will be able to use the same username / password for the forum, or be able to auto login.


We have done some integrations with Yet another forum but this can vary on many factors. But yes it is very possible to integrate it with storefront.

Would love to see an example of the forum integration if it's possible.

Be really good just to have a forum with a matching skin and sharing logins. So many aspdotnetstorefront site could use such an integration.

Even linking more information based on customerID you could create a fully function support forum, where administrators can easily access account and trace orders, as well as other members helping each other.
